Camera Gear We Use
SONY α7S III full-frame image sensor. A truly astonishing camera. We use as our primary camera for gun and run shooting. We use a simple cage made by SmallRig.

SONY FX-6 full-frame image sensor camcorder. Be prepared for a big learning curve. Amazing images, but quite demanding on the operator
SONY FE 90mm F2.8 Macro G OSS. Amazing value. Very sharp and great macro. The focus motors are a bit noisy.
SONY FE 16-35mm F2.8 GM. This has been my standard lens for a few years now. Wonderful tonality.
SONY FE 24-70mm F2.8 GM. My newest lens, I see myself using it as a standard lens for a lot of things.
SONY FE 24mm F1.4 GM. A wonderful prime lens for those georgous shots!
SONY FE 35mm F1.4 GM (I don’t have it, but I want one)
USB Studio interface links my computer to the XLR narration mic and Yamha near-field powered monitors. Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 USB.
SONY FE 100-400mm F4.5-5.6 GM
SONY FE 55mm F1.8 Sonar. (I mainly use this in my studio for presentations to camera)
DJI ACTION CAM
Not a bad small general-purpose mic, but the mount isn’t very good. I use it with the Action Cam.
One of my oldest pieces of kit and an outstanding mic, Sennheiser ME66/K6 - Super-Cardioid Short Shotgun Mic.
Rycote 18cm Standard Hole Classic-Softie. Very effective ‘dead rat.
Rode Wireless GO. I love this radio solution!
Rode Lavalier GO Professional-Grade Wearable Microphone:
SONY UWPD11 wireless lapel mic. (I use this less these days as I prefer the RODE GO).
Shure VP83 LensHopper shotgun microphone. Very nice sound. Dead rat not very effective.
RODE Broadcaster used in my studio for narration:
RODE stereo video mic (no longer sold. This is the later equivalent)
